Frank Rubalcava MD

Dr. Rubalcava has been practicing cardiology since 1995. He received his Degree: Doctor of Medicine at the University of Utah in 1988 and his speciality of cardiology in 1995 at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

He performs pacemaker implants, heart catheterizations and numerous out patients testing to give our patients the best possible care.

Ted Trusevich MD

Dr. Trusevich received his Degree: Doctor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in 1987 and his specialty of cardiology in 1995 at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

He began his practice in New Braunfels in 1995 and began his partnership with Dr. Rubalcava in January 1999. Dr. Trusevich's philosophy is to treat the person as well as the patient. He loves to spend time with his family and go on missionary trips.

Yasser Farra D.O.

Dr. Farra is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Board eligible in Cardiology. pecial interests includes preventative cardiology, nuclear cardiology and acute coronary syndromes.

After finishing his Doctor of Pharmacy and working as a clinical pharmacist for several years, Dr. Farra obtained his medical degree from Des Moines University, in Des Moines Iowa. He continued his medical training in Internal Medicine at SUMMA Health System in Akron, Ohio and finished his Fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio

Charles Bailey M.D.

After graduating medical school at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Dr. Bailey completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. He went on to complete a year as an internal medicine chief resident prior to working as a Hospitalist in Greenville, South Carolina.

Dr. Bailey completed his cardiovascular fellowship training at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee campus prior to his interventional training at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Sheri Boyd M.D.

Dr. Sheri YN Boyd is a 1988 graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency training at Madigan Army Medical Center and a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center in 1991. Dr. Boyd spent a year of subspecialty cardiovascular training in echocardiography at the University of Texas Health Science Center before beginning 20 years of service in the US ARMY.

She has been a leader in educating women about heart disease and promoting lifestyle changes for heart disease patients. Dr. Boyd is a wife and mother who loves spending time with her family.

Prasantha Bathini MD

Dr. Bathini received her medical degree from the American University of the Carribean in 1997. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at MCP/Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennslyvania and her Cardiology Fellowship at Tulane University Health Science Center in New Orleans.

Dr. Bathini is a non-invasive cardiologist with special interests in preventative cardiology as well as promoting awareness of cardiovascular disease to women.

Ronnie Garcia MD

Dr. Ronnie Garcia is a native son of South Texas, returning after finishing an 11 year career in the US Navy.  Dr. Garcia grew up in San Antonio and graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University before attending the University of Texas Health Science Center School of  Medicine in San Antonio. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Naval Hospital Portsmouth and served as a Navy internist for 2 years in Corpus Christi before completing a Cardiology fellowship in 2006 at National Naval Medical Center Bethesda.

Dr. Garcia is a general Cardiologist with a special interest in non-invasive imaging modalities to include the latest advancements in CT Coronary Angiography. He is a strong advocate of preventative cardiology and early treatment, and he strives to be your partner in a healthy lifestyle.
