Creighton University School of Medicine.   She completed her Internal Medicine residency training at Madigan Army Medical Center and a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at Brooke  Army Medical Center in 1991.   Dr Boyd spent a year of subspecialty cardiovascular training in echocardiography at the University of Texas Health Science Center before beginning 20 years of service in the US ARMY.  She has been a leader in educating women about heart disease and promoting lifestyle changes for heart disease patients.  Dr Boyd is a wife and mother who loves spending time with her family.
